We are extremely enthusiastic about sharing our vision with both our clients and industry partners.
It is important to provide some insight and context behind our business and why we do the things we do. We recognise the individuals who have made sacrifices and commitments to their friends and colleagues, as they are the backbone of our growth and brand.
Our senior project managers at Prime Maintenance Projects Pty Ltd have played a crucial role since day one.
Our dedication to our staff is evident in not only our Indigenous Policy, however our People and Culture Policy.
We value our team, culture and acknowledge their contributions both past and present to not only our organisation.
We also strive to support Indigenous trades, development of young indigenous men and women in within the facilities maintenance industry.
Today, we have reached a significant milestone.
Our connection and commitment to our brothers in Jake and Ethan who are 51% share holders of Arrernte, has now become formalised, with the establishment of their own Indigenous Services Team under the guidance and management of Prime.
“Arrernte Maintenance Projects”.
We refuse to acknowledge this as a division of our business as the wording ‘division’ should play No context when referring to our Indigenous brothers and sisters.
For us, this is a service business that is available within the Prime Maintenance team.
A registered own entity, established to commence on delivering services markets, industries, and clients alike with a focus to support Indigenous housing, communities and clients with similar visions.
Our ambitious vision for the future of 'Arrernte' is for it to become a standalone delivery partner with clients, rural communities, and offers unparalleled services alongside the Prime Maintenance Projects Pty Ltd brand.
This is just the beginning of our journey.
We are committed to promoting more apprenticeships, increasing the number of qualified tradespeople, fostering office diversity with skilled careers, and staying connected to pathway programs to recognise our rich indigenous history.
These are all key performance indicators outlined in our policy, which was established late last year.
