David House

David is an experienced project manager within the commercial plumbing construction and maintenance space.

He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry and is dedicated to delivering the highest levels of quality and excellence on all projects.

David prides himself on his ability to deliver services and maintain assets of the highest standard. He has a strong building and construction knowledge and an unwavering commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

David is a Licensed and Accredited Plumber.

Jimmy House

Jimmy House

Jimmy is a Licensed builder and project manager with over 15 years of experience in commercial maintenance.

Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles such as General Manager and Trade Service Manager for some of Australia’s biggest facilities management and maintenance companies.

In this time Jimmy was a key advocate and representative at sub-committee levels within the Facilities Management Association of Australia along with providing consultancy advice with global entities such as WT Partnerships for driving maintenance standards and quality.

He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and national portfolios with multi-trade discipline delivery.

Jimmy understands the importance of building strong relationships with clients and delivering personalised solutions that meet clients’ specific needs and wants. He is committed to providing excellent service and delivering works that exceed expectations.

Jake Bray

Jake Bray

Jake Bray is a dedicated Project Manager at Prime Maintenance Projects, vital to our diverse maintenance service execution.

He brings a practical, hands-on approach to project oversight, ensuring that client needs are addressed with efficiency and attention to detail from start to finish.

Jake excels in on-site coordination and rapid response, effectively managing critical situations such as emergency callouts to ensure client properties are safe and issues are resolved promptly. His experience includes directly overseeing on-the-ground operations, coordinating with technicians and suppliers, and swiftly implementing solutions to restore functionality.

With a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and ensuring client satisfaction, Jake focuses on the practical aspects of project management. He understands the importance of clear communication and proactive problem-solving to ensure that all maintenance works meet and exceed expectations, contributing to the seamless operation of our clients’ commercial properties.

OUR VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Prime Maintenance Projects believes Australians can all work together to make a meaningful difference to the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and that embracing diversity will help unite our nation.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is underpinned by four pillars: Recognition, Relationships, Educate, and Participation.

As an innovative Australian company, Prime Maintenance Projects will take a leadership role in the reconciliation process between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.

Our RAP will drive the achievement of targets for increasing Indigenous participation via employment and contracting opportunities and engagement.

Our directors live on the Wurundjeri land of the Kulin nation. Both Jimmy and Dave have a personal commitment to making a meaningful difference to the lives of Indigenous Australians and mentor numerous young Aboriginal people from both the Arnhem and Kowanyama lands.

Prime Maintenance Projects people and their determination to make a meaningful difference in their workplace and community have contributed towards the successful implementation of the Prime Maintenance Projects Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

Our people will engage, connect, and collaborate to reach the goals formed and outlined in our RAP.

COMMUNITY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prime Maintenance Projects takes its social responsibility seriously and is committed to supporting causes that matter to our team.

We are proud supporters of the JDRF One Walk, which raises vital funds for type 1 diabetes research and support. We are also passionate about supporting the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) and their mission to fund game-changing research for the prevention and cure of breast cancer.

For every job completed, Prime Maintenance Projects donates $1 to the NBCF, helping to fund vital research and support for those affected by breast cancer.

We believe that by giving back to the community and supporting these important causes, we can make a positive impact and contribute to a better future for all Australians.
